Part of Yamaha's Recording Custom metal snare line, developed with Steve Gadd's input. The 14x7" stainless steel shell gives effortless volume and cutting rimshots, with a slightly darker tone than standard steel.
It features an outward center bead, 45-degree edges, 2.3mm DynaHoops, a Q-type throw-off, 25-strand wires and Remo Ambassador heads. A deep, powerful pro snare for rock and big rooms. Come play it in our Croton showroom.
